- I am calm and active because I love going out into the world, attending celebrations and being among people. I don’t need alcohol to enjoy life. I always look at the world with a clear mind and feel everything as it truly is. I am deeply grateful for everything I have and experience. For three years now, I have been keeping a gratitude journal, focusing only on the good. I don’t smoke and don’t like the smell of cigarettes.
